Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met representatives of Donetsk and Luhansk in Moscow on Friday. Lavrov said Moscow wants to free Ukraine from oppression, as Russian troops have decided to advance in the direction of Kyiv on the second day of the military operation.
