The World Health Organization (WHO) has allocated $3.5 million to provide urgent humanitarian assistance to the people of Ukraine, Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Thursday evening in Geneva.

The World Bank is also ready to provide additional financial support in the light of developments in the country, President David Malpas said on Thursday.
