Heavy fighting is underway around Kyiv and several other Ukrainian cities on the third day of Russia's military operation in the country. Russia's Defense Ministry says its forces have captured the southeastern city of Melitopol. Ukrainian authorities said their forces have killed 3,000 Russian soldiers in the first two days.
