The Kyiv City State Administration said on Saturday that active hostilities are taking place on the streets of Kyiv, calling on citizens not to leave the shelters.
"If you're in hiding, don't leave it now. If you are at home, do not go to the windows, do not go to the balconies," an emergency public reminder read.
