- Russia announced on Tuesday a ceasefire from 10:00 a.m. Moscow Time and humanitarian corridors from five Ukrainian cities - Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv and Mariupol have opened. 

- More than two million people have fled Ukraine since Russia launched the military operation on February 24, latest data from the UN showed on Tuesday.

- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday said he is ready for a dialogue with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin regarding the situation of Crimea and Donbas regions.

- Russia and Ukraine held their third round of talks on Monday in Belarus with no major breakthrough. Both sides agreed to go ahead with negotiations.
