Heavy fighting is underway around Kyiv and several other cities on the third day of the war. Moscow says Russian forces are not targeting Ukrainian cities. CGTN correspondent Julia Chapman has more from the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, a city near the Ukrainian border.
