Civilian killed in artillery strike on residential building

An elderly woman died when a nine-story residential building in Kharkiv was hit by "enemy artillery" on Saturday, Ukraine's State Emergency Service said.
Rescuers evacuated around 20 people from the building, while 60 others who sheltered in the basement were unharmed.
