Japanese PM: Japan to give $100m in emergency aid to Ukraine

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said on Sunday that Japan will give $100 million in emergency humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
Kishida also said Tokyo will place sanctions on Russian individuals including Russian President Vladimir Putin.
