U.S., UK, EU, Canada to block some Russian banks from SWIFT

The United States, Britain, the European Union and Canada agreed on Saturday to block some Russian banks from accessing the SWIFT international payment system and to impose restrictions on its central bank as part of another round of sanctions against Russia.
