UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed the determination of the UN to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine after a phone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Saturday.
"Respect for international humanitarian law and the protection of civilians are now paramount," Guterres tweeted.
