Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy rejected a Russian offer of talks in Belarus on Sunday, but left the door open to negotiations in other locations.

In an appeal that he published on Sunday on his Telegram channel, he offered Warsaw, Budapest, Istanbul and Baku as a platform for negotiations with Russia.

The Kremlin said on Sunday its delegation was ready to meet Ukrainian officials in the Belarusian city of Gomel.
