Canada prohibits transactions with Russian Central Bank

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tweeted on Monday that all Canadian financial institutions are prohibited from engaging in transactions with the Russian Central Bank, and eliminating its ability to deploy Russia's international currency reserves.
