Zhang Jun, China's permanent representative to the United Nations, made a statement about Russia-Ukraine conflict at the UN Security Council meeting on Sunday. He said actions taken by the UN should help cool the situation, facilitate diplomatic solutions and prevent the tensions from aggravating.
