Residential building 'hit by missile' in Chernihiv

A Russian missile hit a residential building in Chernihiv, a city in northern Ukraine, and caused a fire to break out, authorities reported Monday. 

"At 02:45 a rocket hit a residential building in the center of Chernihiv. A fire broke out, two lower floors are on fire. The number of injured is currently unknown," Ukraine's State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection said on messaging platform Telegram.
