Russia has restricted flights of airlines from 36 countries in response to bans on Russian air carriers, RIA reported. 

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has cancelled a trip to Geneva for disarmament talks since his plane would not be able to pass through airspace that the European Union has closed to Russian aviation as part of sanctions against Moscow, according to RIA.
