Russia says Kyiv-Vasilkov highway safe for civilians

Russian Defense Ministry Monday said that all civilians in Kyiv can leave via the Kyiv-Vasilkov highway, which is open and safe.
The ministry stressed that the Russian Armed forces only hit military installations and posed no threat to civilians.
