Belarus has no plans to take part in Russia's operation in Ukraine, state news agency Belta said on Tuesday, citing President Alexander Lukashenko.
Speaking at a meeting with members of the Security Council of Belarus, Lukashenko also expressed the hope that the conflict would not develop into a planetary one, Belta reported.
