Russian army on outskirts of Kherson in southern Ukraine

The Russian army reached the outskirts of the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson on Tuesday, where it is setting up checkpoints, Mayor Ihor Kolykhaiev has revealed on Facebook, according to AFP.
