The second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine may take place on March 2, China Media Group (CMG) learned on Tuesday.
In an interview with CMG, Belarusian political researcher Yuri Voskresensky said talks may take place in Viskuli of Brest, a city in southwestern Belarus on the Polish border.
