U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday called on Russia to stop the military operation in Ukraine without any conditions and immediately withdraw troops from Ukrainian territory.
Blinken made the remarks while speaking at the high-level segment of the UN Human Rights Council's 49th session.
