Guo Weimin, spokesperson for the fifth session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, said that "the best democratic system is the one that fits," when answering a question on China's whole-process people's democracy during a press conference on Thursday.
