Climate change is expected to be a hot topic at this year's Two Sessions in Beijing. As one of the world's largest carbon emitters, China has planned to peak emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. CGTN's Gao Ang talked to Professor Bai Chong-En, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, for his proposal on how the market can help China achieve its climate targets.
