Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett spoke separately with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine on Wednesday, following which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy tweeted that they talked about "Russian aggression."
For its part, the Kremlin later put out a statement to say that Bennett had initiated a call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who told Bennett, according to the Kremlin, that taking into account Moscow's security interests was among the key conditions for settling the conflict.
