The second round of Russia-Ukraine talks will be held on Thursday, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov when briefing the media on the current international situation.

The Russian foreign minister said he is confident that a solution to the situation in Ukraine will be found, adding that there is no doubt the Ukrainian delegation at the talks "receives signals from Washington."
