The Russian delegation has arrived for the second round of talks with Ukraine while the Ukrainian team is on its way. The head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky, said this round will discuss the possibility of a ceasefire. Russia's RIA Novosti news agency reported that the location for the talks is Belovezhskaya Pushcha on the Belarus-Poland border.
