Russia's defense ministry says its forces have captured the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson. Mariupol mayor says there has been intense shelling since Tuesday, and they have not been able to evacuate the wounded. Peter Dickinson joins us now live from Zakarpattia Oblast, western Ukraine.
