Belarusian army won't take part in military operation in Ukraine: Lukashenko

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said the Belarusian army was not taking part and would not take part in the military operation in Ukraine, Reuters reported.
Lukashenko said he also had a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
