The National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, held a virtual press conference at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Friday, one day before the opening of its annual session. A spokesperson for the fifth session of the 13th NPC took questions on the agenda of the session and the NPC's work. The session will open on Saturday morning and conclude on March 11.
