In an interview with CGTN, director of the Ukrainian Institute for Analysis and Management of Politics, Ruslan Bortnik expressed his views on the Russia-Ukraine negotiations.

"I'm conservative and optimistic about the Russia-Ukraine negotiations. The contents of the negotiations are comprehensive, and the agenda is quite rich, with the topics are rigorous and well arranged." He also said the two sides are expected to reach a stable, peaceful outcome.
