The Mariupol humanitarian corridor to the exit of civilians, scheduled initially at 12:00 p.m. Moscow time (0900 GMT), was delayed, city's authorities announced Saturday without specifying when it will start. 

The city council of Mariupol said Russian forces were not observing an agreed ceasefire along the whole length of a planned route for evacuation, adding it's negotiating with Russia to confirm the ceasefire.
