Shawo Dolma, a worker from Qinghai Provincial Water Company, introduced to the press the local efforts made to conserve water and ensure safe drinking water in northwest China's Qinghai Province, before the opening meeting of the fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Saturday. Dolma is a NPC deputy.
