Russia's defense ministry said Ukrainian "nationalists" prevented civilians from leaving and 200,000 people from Mariupol and 15,000 from Volnovakha have still not been able to reach the open humanitarian corridors, TASS reported.

The ministry said nationalists do not release civilians and foreign citizens from settlements, while Russia has fulfilled all the conditions of the Ukrainian side to ensure security in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
