Israel's Prime Minister Naftali Bennett traveled to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday afternoon. According to Russia's presidential office website it was a "short working visit" agreed by both sides. And the short statement confirmed that the two leaders discussed the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, without going into any further details. Just a few days ago, the two leaders spoke on the phone about the crisis. Bennett has offered to mediate between Ukraine and Russia. According to news agencies, after meeting with the Russian President and the Prime Minister spoke on the phone with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
