Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan spoke by phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday and discussed the Ukraine crisis.
Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said on Saturday that the Turkish president will propose to organize Moscow-Kyiv talks in a phone call with his Russian counterpart, according to TASS.
