Putin says Russia controls Chernobyl nuclear power plant

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Russian Armed Forces are in control of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant during a phone conversation with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron on Sunday.
The Russian side expressed its readiness to continue dialogue with Ukraine, RIA reported, citing the Kremlin.
