UN chief commits to scaling up humanitarian operation in Ukraine

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the United Nations is committed to scaling up its humanitarian operations to help both those who have stayed in Ukraine and the millions who have fled.
Guterres relayed the promise to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in a phone call on Saturday, U.N. spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said.
