Ukraine creating nuclear weapon delivery vehicle: TASS

Ukraine has been working on modernizing its existing missile systems and creating new ones to be used as nuclear weapon delivery vehicles, TASS news agency has reported, citing a Russian government source.
The report further alleges that Ukraine has imported plutonium of sufficient quality to develop nuclear weapons.
