China has full confidence in its democratic path and process. The socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics is a whole-process people's democracy, which has won wide endorsement and support from the Chinese people, said Wang Yi, Chinese state councilor and foreign minister, at a press conference on the sidelines of the fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress on Monday.
