Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi held a virtual press conference on the sidelines of the fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing on Monday.

"Divergent views might appear in any consultation or negotiation. As long as all parties keep in mind that we share the same goal, no difference cannot be bridged and no consensus is beyond reach," the foreign minister said.
