The third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine on ending hostilities will start at 1400 GMT on Monday in Belarus, Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podolyak said on Twitter.

"Negotiations with the Russian Federation. Third round. Beginning at 16.00 Kyiv time. Delegation unchanged..." he said in a Twitter post with a selfie showing a helicopter behind. 

Podolyak serves as adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The media report earlier said the talks are about to start at 1200 GMT and Russian media RIA said the Russian delegation has already arrived at the place of negotiations with Ukraine.
