Russia's chief negotiator said that the third round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations would cover the same topics as the previous talks.
The Russian delegation had arrived at the negotiation site and was awaiting the arrival of the Ukrainian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky told a press briefing before the meeting started.
