Russia says ceasefire underway in Ukraine, humanitarian corridors open

A ceasefire declared by the Russian side started at 10:00 a.m. Moscow time (0700 GMT) on Tuesday, Sputnik reported.
Humanitarian corridors stemming from five Ukrainian cities – Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv and Mariupol – have opened, according to the report.
