France, UK, Germany and U.S. discuss Ukraine crisis

Leaders of France, Britain, Germany and the U.S. on Monday held a video call to discuss the situation in Ukraine.
They agreed to step up the economic, humanitarian and security-related help to the eastern European country, the Elysee Palace said.
