Ukraine says at least nine dead in Sumy bombing

At least nine people, including two children, were killed in an airstrike on residential buildings in the Ukrainian city of Sumy, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine wrote on Telegram.
The service said Russia conducted an airstrike that hit apartment buildings on Monday night.
