At the Zhangjiakou competition zone, Cheng Bin is the Winter Paralympic Village registration deputy manager while his daughter, Cheng Xiaoxuan, is a volunteer in the medal plaza. The two places are very close, but they have simply been too busy to see each other for more than two months.
