Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Tuesday that he is ready for a dialogue with his Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the situation of Crimea and Donbas regions.
Speaking to ABC news, Zelenskyy added that Ukraine will not listen to the language of ultimatums and will not opt to surrender, despite voicing readiness for dialogue with Russia.
Russia and Ukraine held their third round of talks on Monday in Belarus with no major breakthrough. Both sides agreed to go ahead with negotiations.
