The fourth round of talks between Russia and Ukraine may take place Thursday night in the Brest region on Poland's border with Belarus with both delegations unchanged, China Media Group has learned.
Yuri Voskresensky, a Belarusian political scientist who is close to the organizers of the talks, told CMG that the new round of negotiation is likely to happen after the meeting between Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers in Turkey's Antalya on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
According to Turkish media, the foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine and Turkey will meet at 11:00 a.m. local time (0800 GMT).
