The Russian Ministry of Defense has published the alleged original secret order of the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, dated January 22, 2022, for an attack in the Donbas region to be carried out this month, TASS News Agency reported on Wednesday, citing Defense Ministry chief spokesperson Major General Igor Konashenkov.
