Russia to observe regime of silence for people fleeing Ukraine

Russia said its forces will stop firing from 10 a.m. Moscow time (0700 GMT) on Wednesday, in what is being described by Moscow as the "regime of silence" in Ukraine. They are also ready to provide humanitarian corridors, so civilians can leave Ukrainian capital Kyiv and four other cities.
