Ukraine has biological research facilities that the U.S. is concerned of falling into control of Russian forces, U.S. Under Secretary Victoria Nuland said Tuesday.
Russia on Wednesday demanded the U.S. to explain why it was supporting what Moscow says is a military biological program in Ukraine.
